About me
For more than 16 years I developed my career in the international financial sector, working in different countries and leading teams in highly demanding environments.
Along that path I understood something important: professional success does not always come with clarity or balance. Many people reach a point where they feel they need to redefine their direction.
Today I work as a Life & Career Coach, accompanying people who are going through moments of change to gain clarity, strengthen their confidence and design their next stage with intention.
My approach combines coaching tools, personal development and real experience in leadership and professional strategy.
